Falling in love with film again

This autumn in Sydney, I’ve been re-discovering the beauty of shooting on film, using a 1970s Zeiss Ikon Contaflex S 35mm film camera with its lenses, a Tessar 2,8/50mm, Pro Tessar 115mm 1:4 and Pro Tessar 3,2/35mm.
I won the camera from an auction and these images came from my first test roll of film using Fujifilm Acros 100 BW. I was delighted to find out the camera still works perfectly after so many years. After so long shooting with digital cameras, I have been reminded of the great quality of film.
It feels like the first time I ever used a camera and fell in love with photography, back in 1998, when I got my first camera, a Russian Zenit 12XP with Helios 44M-4 2/58 lens, bought at a second-hand market in Riyadh, KSA.
